Cancellation/Refund Policy

Upon completion of an online booking we will take the first nights payment from your account. If you wish to cancel you must do so 5 days prior to your arrival. The 5 day cancellation period terminates at 12 noon on the day of arrival.

Any online cancellations outside 5 days are subject to a £20 non refundable charge.
