Cancellation/Refund Policy

Upon completion of an online booking we will take the first nights payment from your account. If you wish to cancel you must do so 48 hours prior to your arrival. The 48 hour cancellation period terminates at 5PM on your day of arrival.

Any online cancellations outside 48 hours are subject to a £20 non refundable charge.
