Cancellation/Refund Policy

Upon completion of an online booking we will take the first nights payment from your account. If you wish to cancel you must do so 5 days prior to your arrival. The 5 day cancellation period terminates at 12 noon on the day of arrival.

Please Note: We require 7 days cancellation notice, any refunds for Online or Prepaid payments will incur a £20 charge per room, this applies to all BOOKINGS that have to be Cancelled. First night will be charged for all booking outside the 7 day period.

We require 28 days’ cancellation notice for Prepaid bookings of 3 rooms or more that are booked for longer than 7 days. A charge of 25% will incur if we do not get this sufficient notice.
